How downloads work

  1. Choose a product and check out. Payment is handled by our payment platform, which acts as the merchant of record.
  2. You receive an email with your download link and receipt straight after payment.
  3. Download the ZIP file and open the Start Here or README file first.
  4. Keep a copy of your files. Your licence terms are included in the download and on our store policies page.
  5. Problems? Email support@valuebridgeja.com with your order number.
